Honda West Calgary - the worst hands down

I recently took my Honda business to a competitor in Calgary. It was such a relief to talk to a sales team that knew there cars and dealt with me in a polite professional way. Honda West Calgary is the typical bad service you would find in cowtown these days. As consumers we don't have to put up with. Pick up the phone, I did, and I found another dealer in Calgary that would help me. Why did I leave Honda West? Outright dishonesty, they even started to raise there voice at me. If you deal with Honda get EVERTHING in writing, even if you ask if floormats are included. They can easy turn the situation around fast after you made a non-refundable deposit. (oh and get fully refundable deposit written in black ink) I bet they make some coin not giving back deposits. Happy hunting and deal safe.
