the diagnose of the car free, so this would not make Honda West a great customer service place to go. After being told that it would cost

me at least $100 at another Honda dealership to diagnose a simple rattle in my Fit, I called Honda West and they told me that they would do the intital diagnose for free!! Brought it in and it proved to be a minor thing ( something had fallen down between the dash) . Not normally covered by warranty but they charged me nothing. Great experience and great service. Can't recommend them highly... more
