February 11, 2012This stores customer service was AMAZING!! They took the time to figure out exactly what we needed, and ideas for our project. There prices were by far the lowest in the city, and the quality of lumber was great. They also refunded and materials we did not use.

March 27, 2011They had poor customer service. It was hard for me to find someone to help me at the time. Eventually, I found someone. They don't have enough staff for the amount of customers that frequent the store. They had a great selection of products and it was well organized. Overall, it's good experience. It's too bad they don't have enough staff.

Sunroom construction
March 22, 2010Constructed (DIY) a sunroom at our residence. The mentioned staff were very helpful in solving some of the situations I encountered. They wre able to come up with solutions or directed me in the right direction to get help. Barry was especially good in choosing the windows that I bought through them. Also, got a great deal on a very nice glass door!
