Bait and switch
A month in advance I had booked a special Mercedes limousine from this company for our wedding anniversary. Two days before the event, I got a call from the company saying that the limousine I ordered was no longer available and they were going to send another. He told me it would be a special limo. What actually arrived was an older Lincoln Towncar, clean but nothing special. I was very disappointed with this treatment and phoned the company the following Monday. I was basically told that there was nothing they could do. I am a very unsatisfied customer.

I booked Hollywood Limos for my wedding last fall, and everything went perfect. Its not easy to plan a wedding, and I needed to make sure I picked a reliable company and I am really glad I chose them. They were professional from the beginning, and they helped me find a way to get a cheaper rate. After I booked it, I was able to forget about it. They were there early.
