Excellent Service
We have used Holidays Plus numerous times to book everything from a large family reunion at a beach destination along with travels throughout Europe. All of our experiences have been with efficient, knowledgeable and courteous staff. We would highly recommend their services for your travels.
overall bad service
I just read the complaint posted a few days back and I would like to add that I've delt with this travel agent in the past. She had fed me a lot of misinformation regarding the flight. She was also impatient and at times rude. It's all about the sale for her and don't expect any help afterwards.
Never felt so scammed
I was given an invoice for a $200 “service fee” and the amount withdrawn without my approval using my credit card number that they had on file. This was due to the fact that there were airline flight changes and my ticket got cancelled. The airline told me I was to get a FULL refund but I was told by the travel agent that she didn’t get her commission from my cancelled ticket and therefore billed me for my inital walk in to her travel centre.
