“Close to the bar scene, terrible customer service”
April 01, 2013I agree that a Saturday night in windsor is busy, but for a hotel to not have enough parking spaces for it's guest and not offering some sort of incentive to cover the inconvience is absurd. Another is when they saw more than 5 people come up to my room they immediately yelled at me to come to the front desk and when i mean yell, they basically snapped their fingers and told me to come over... more

April 01, 2013I suppose if you're looking forward to a nice night of quiet sleep, this isn't the hotel for you. I was looking to party and go the casino. It's right downtown on the main club strip and the casino is right around the block. I had a great time and enjoyed being able to stumble up to my room with little trouble.
