Great location, as others have said, which is why I chose it for a four-night stay over Xmas.I'm a frequent Toronto visitor and resident so know the hotels well, and am a Holiday Inn Priority Club member. Tried it since it's newly renovated. Reception on Christmas Eve was fine, the hotel was very quiet. Smallest room I ever stayed in outside NY City. Comfortable clean King bed. Tiny bathroom... more

Great location. We were not given the room we initially booked, but had a very good alternative. Receptionists were friendly and willing to attend any need. Wifi was ok. Room servive was a bit of a letdown. In 6 day stay, our bed sheets remained unchanged but were done neatly everyday. The bathroom shampoo and body lotion were not replaced. I had to go and ask for coffee cups and coffee mate on... more

We visited from the UK last week. Central location, no need for transportation costs while in Toronto (except to + from airport, CAD 3 pp per trip). Close to everything + metro shopping nearby, did not eat o site, it was easier + cheaper to eat out:-)
