Customer service is very poor, I complained and was met with a blank stare. My room was often loud late into the night as this hotel seems to offer deals on the weekend, the hotel management seems not to care. Location is very good. Food is ok at best.

This place is excellent for toursim. people who drive to ontario need a place to stay so a motel is nice to stay in. Also this motel is right infront of bramalea city center making it more attractive.
