My family was there the past weekend, it's a central location on sherbrooke, close to mcgill and walking distance from st. laurent. I think it's fair price for the location mainly. the bathroom is not the cleanest though, and some of the things that you'd think a normal hotel would supply, such as shower gel or toothbrush, were not provided. the location is very close to McGill University, they provide the quests with a free internet connection, valet parking. With the Skoosh reservation we've paid much less for the room. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Oh my goodness, I will never go to Montreal again during graduation weekend. Unfortunately, it also coincides with the Jazz Festival! We booked three nights at this Holiday Inn, and ended up staying only two. Hundreds of rowdy, crazed high school kids, and only two security guards for the entire hotel.
