There were four people in front of me when I checked in and only one person working the desk, a second person finally arrived after about a 7 minute wait (the first-in-line was still not checked-in). The lobby is in the midst of renovations and it looks like they have a long way to go.

Nice Hotel
March 07, 2013Very nice, clean and updated hotel. Friendly staff and no complaints. Free on site parking is nice for when family stopped in to visit. Not to far from shopping. Used shuttle to Go Bus Station with no issues. Would have been nice to have complimentary breakfast but definately not a deal breaker.

“Sub-standard with top-end rates”
March 04, 2013Bathroom sink and tub did not drain adequately. The toilet continued to run after flush, 'jiggle' the handle to get it to stop. About 12-12 convenient parking spots the rest a significant walk...with bags/luggage an inconvenience. Plastic access keys did not function to pool/gym area, even worker couldn't get it to work and had to open door with a key. Really didn't matter the gym was a joke,... more
