I arrived at this hotel after 14 hours of travel to find out that they had cancelled my reservation which I had made 6 weeks ago.. They "claimed" that my travel agent neglected to pass along my credit card info to guarantee the room. The double bed is small to accomodate two persons. Staff is cheerful and always try to help. The location is centered in Ottawa city beside a shopping mall, attarctive points, offices and services
