Ottimo hotel nulla da dire, camere spaziose e pulite colazione molto buona(non consigliato per la visita di Toronto poichè è un po distante e raggiungibile solo con auto in una strada ipertrafficata) ma secondo le mie esigenze sicuramente consigliato!

I have stayed in many, many hotels over the years and have never experienced such rude and inappropriate customer service! On my birthday, one of the "ladies" from the front desk told me I was trashy, called me stupid and said she hates when MY KIND come to her hotel?!? Arrived around noonish/1:00pm with a pre-paid confirmed for late arrival reservation. Hotel staff said...can't checking yet as no rooms ready. advised staff we were heading into TO for Blue Jays game and would return to hotel after 11pm.
