Fantastic family getaway

All the staff was cordial with the exception of a very nasty & tactless front desk woman. I reported the incident to the Manager. I hope the hotel deal accordingly with this person

We loved staying at the Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was excellent and convenient. Only negative was that there is only 1 elevator for that size of hotel although the stairwells are very bright and open so a great alternative. Would definitely stay there again.

“No plunger in the hotel??

Well to start with things were OK. Once we arrived there was an issue with the shower that needed repair. They were able to fix it in a timely matter but after 12 hrs of traveling It was an inconvienience to wait for a shower. The next day the toilet backed up.
