Poor quality control
July 26, 2011We had a hitch and harness installed in our Saturn Vue on a Saturday and he to return a few days later after testing the 4 point harness on our trailer - they hooked it up backwards (left turn on vehicle did right turn on trailer and vise versa) and did not test the installation before returning the vehicle back to us the first time. May 25, 2011It's a long story, but their service was terrible, unsafe, and they would not take responsibility for their actions/poor installation. The 'incompetence' story above does not surprise me, as I had a similar experience - owner/manager was shameful in his actions. I strongly advise that you take your business and money elsewhere.

Liars!
April 27, 2011I brought my truck in for an 830 appointment. Told it would be done by 11. Stayed in Calgary because I live out of town. 11 came around, my truck hadn't moved.
