Pretty tasty, cozy little hipster vibe. The food was kinda over-priced, but really good. The apps were a bit of a miss (marinated cheese curds for example, that weren't so much traditional cheese curds) but the mains were great and full of vegetables as opposed to the regular pub potato offerings. Gets super busy though, so it's worth a slightly earlier sit down.

The best poutine I have ever tasted! It was a small-ish serving, but so worth the cost. The establishment is tiny but we only waited 10 mins for a table on a busy night. Unfortunately, the table was very close to the door.

We will return, bit probably earlier in the evening to avoid the "door table". :)

I have always been a bit skeptical of the HPH. The decor is hipster/artsy, the drink menu looks good (but pricey) and the food is interesting. I had been here for drinks a couple of times and was not all that enthusiastic about the drink prices, so when my girlfriend and I decided to go there for food I was a little apprehensive. Unfortunately they didn't do enough to dispell my apprehension.
