It was an excellent 4-day stay and the check out time can be extended to 2:00pm. Great staff, great services. I was there to attend a conference. Eventhough there was a corporate, the room rate was still a bit costume (C$200). However, with this superb quality, I still rate it 5 stars.

The rooms were better than the Montreal Fairmont by FAR. The view was nice. However if you play poker you should have SOME french fluency. The bilingualism is MUCH better in Ottawa than Montreal! They treat you well in Ottawa (as a hardly fluent french speaker). I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Ottawa.

J' y suis aller a plusieurs reprises et pour moi et mon conjoint ces la plus belles hotels que nous avons eu , nous avons eu la chance d,etre a l,exécutif car mon conjoint connaissait le patron et nous avons eu le meilleur service possible et en plus a l,exécutif on a la chance de ne rien a avoir a payer pour la bouffe car ils nous offres des collations qui pour nous etaient un repas complet.... more

Vraiment un superbe hotel!! J'en ai fait plusieurs beaux, mais celui ci wow!!!!!! Service extra les chambres sont d une beaute et d un confort remarquable douche de verre et belle baignore pour se detendre.. On y mange comme des rois... Casino relie a l hotel a 5 minutes d'ottawa... Les piscines sont tres belles il y en a une exterieure ouverte a l annee!! Genial!!! Le grand luxe Bref,... more
