great stay but...

I can't really complain about anything other than the way an injury in the hot tub was handled. A woman and her child were walking in the hot tub and the woman cut her foot open on something. When staff was notified, he just looked in the hot tub and put a wet floor sign infront of it and walked out. No temporarily closed sign while he cleaned the tub or check where the harmful object was and... more

Supervisor on front desk was awesome. Friendly and welcoming, all staff including housekeeping very polite. Will now use this as default hotel when in Edmonton.
