Really great place
Well I went in there with a REALLY old kitchen tap, assuming they would use it to tell me what size of new one I needed, but the lady at the counter looked at it for like a minute and said, you just need this little part, so she gets it from the back, and tells me how to put it in myself. Well she saved me hiring a plumber and buying a new tap. Great knowledgeable staff!

Inadequate level of service
December 18, 2010Personally stopped by the Surrey store to request a service of furnace and 4 other natural gas appliances in house. Service person came some hours after intitially arranged, did not know what he was to do, and joked about a concern we had with smelling gas. Great place for parts and other stuff
December 17, 2010These guys seem to specialize in those hard to find and exotic plumbing parts and items. I've found stuff there that I coulden't find elsewhere...specially parts for older items , and the staff are quite helpful.
