Amazing Fresh Healthy Chines Food
They have a small buffet, but specialize in ordering items and having large shareable servings made fresh when you order. They come out in huge silver dishes with domes on top. They have home made jello, and a great staff. The best tasting chinese food in town, if not the cheapest.

How can you argue with tradition
September 23, 2012Been there for 100 years... must be doin' something right. I enjoy the whiskey sour at this establishment. Its a nice compliment to all the sweet & sour ... if that's your thing too ;)

Best Chinese Downtown
April 04, 2012I've been going to Hi-Tops for years. Their special Lo-Mein is a favourite of mine. Hi-Tops has been around for years. Generally do the buffet when I eat there, it is good. If you want delivery it is, in my opinion, the best in town. Servers are friendly and efficient.

Not where I go for Chinese food anymore as The Bamboo is FAR better (they have the best Chinese food I've ever had from anywhere). But, if you're in this part of the city at least it's edible which is more than what I can say about many other restaurants of different types in this city.
