Do not go here

My dad booked his flight here and I helped him pay with my credit card. After I phone them and paid with my credit card, they suppose to email me the e-ticket right away. However, I did not receive it. So I called them and ask, they pretend that they already sent it but they did not. The reason I know is that they asked my email address again instead of confirming what I told them what my email address was. This is not the worst.

The worst part is I found out a mistake. It is an international flight to Hong kong but they forgot to reserve a seat for my dad. I called them and tried to ask why, and they did not understand English well. And then the lady got angry and started yelling me in Chinese. She did not know that I also understand Chinese.

Price - My dad did not check other places before he booked it. After the bad experience I had with them, I was wondering if the price they charged was reasonable. But they are 10% higher than other travel agencies.

I do not recommend going there. Please run away from them!
