major hassle

I had problems with my all-in-one, it wouldn't print anymore but sometimes it would after 20 minutes of sitting and doing nothing. Very unreliable, but also very intermittent. I took it in for repairs here, and they were asking $30 just to look at it for an estimate, which would take 2 weeks! What am I supposed to do for printing during those 2 weeks? I didn't have time to shop around, and it ended up needing repairs which cost another $80. Overall it was cheaper than buying a new one, but it sure took a while.
