Unsatisfied with hertz- st joseph boulevard location
April 03, 2011Very disappointed with Hertz on St. Joseph Blvd. We had rented a car for the weekend and filled up the tank on Sunday night to return for Monday. Once arriving to return the car on Monday one of the staff members said that the tank was not filled up completely and asked us to pay an extra $10. We were not happy with having to pay an extra $10 so took the car out to fill it up again. The bill... more
