good equipment but bad service

This store has a wide and good range of photo equipments, particularly semiprofessional and professional cameras. However -- the service is not that great. Salespeople are arrogant and scoff at you if you are not going to buy 5000 bucks worth professional camera.
After-sale service is almost zero. I purchased 800 dollar lenses and the salesman was advertising it rigorously before I bought it. In a week I had a problem and went to store to get help. But another salesman told me that it is not great lenses and refused to help.
Photo-printing is awful. I ordered print and most pictures was cut off, though I got full refund.
So, I would go in this store only to buy expensive professional camera. Otherwise, I would stick to another store, Black's for example.
