I have to give it a perfect rating. I only deal with MR Damon Vas . Years of great service. I have been to other locations and Toronto being the worst.
But this location is very nice.
Shopping at a camera store is great. staff knows what they are selling and don't push extra stuff like warrantees And battery's.

The only Henry's I really like.

I've been to a few Henry's outlets now. And most experiences have been average to negative. I have found most photo store sales reps to be quite condescending to anyone trying to get a start in this business. There's a strong sense of 'I know more than you'.

I called to check stock and if they would price match. The lady there said yes and when I arrived to pick it up she would not price match it cause only some stores in the GTA still had stock. I even had it reserved at future shop and showed her the confirmation I had. They would not price match. They would rather have me drive 10 km to pick it up from Futureshop than give it to me at a price... more
