Henley Honda has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had a shattered window and simply wanted to get it replaced. Firstly, I couldn't get an appointment for over a week, so I was stuck with a broken window. When they finally fixed my window, they ended up scratching the side of my car. It's taken over a month now to get another appointment for them to fix it. I have now been in 2 times for an appointment and when I arrived they told me I'd have to come back because they forgot to order the parts for the car.
Henley Honda fails to take phone calls and when they do they pass you on to multiple different people just to get the same disappointing answers. They pass blame from employee to employee. Even when I spoke to the manager Shamil, they have failed to fix my car.
When or IF this scratch ever gets repaired, I will NEVER return to Henley Honda.
Honda has great cars, but with horrible service and employees such as the ones at Henley, I will never EVER buy another car from them.
Seriously, DONT GO TO HENLEY HONDA IF YOU WANT ANY SERVICE DONE. I've been to many other Honda dealerships in Oakville and Barrie and never had a problem with them.
