I have been going to this dry cleaner for over a year now and other than things being a few days later than promised it had been great.

Most recently though it has been ridiculous with the lateness of hemming/mending work. A couple of the items were over 8 weeks late, even though I came in at least 4 times to check on them. Time to look for another dry cleaner.

It's pretty small. You ring the bell and they come by.
That said, I've been going here for YEARS and though the owners are absolutely lovely and work hard, they are a family business and can't always get things done in time for you.

Hence, never name your business a quantifiable term if you can't keep the promise.
