Healthy Habits is hard to find as it is off Yonge St on St Clair Ave east of the subway. I was referred to Melissa and her team by a client who is a chiropractor and has referred them numerous patients.
I have suffered from an impingement in my upper neck area for the past 6 years and it has affected my ability to exercise, stay at my desk and even sleep. Through a 6 month program of corrective exercise, chiropractic and physiotherapy, I was finally able to be pain free.
