Extremely rude owner
The owner is an opinionated and judgmental woman. She told me my baby wasn't walking yet because she wears Robeez. She should have a better understanding of pediatric podiatry if she is going to be selling children's shoes. She was argumentative and rude. I will never, ever go back there, and will tell everyone about my horrible experience.
If you need great children's shoes with sound advice, go to Kunitz shoes on the south side. If you want high-end, beautiful clothing go to Amy Lou or Alligator Pie. For toys, go to Tiny Footprint Toys. For maternity and baby products, go to Birth Source. These stores are reputable and have knowledgeable and friendly owners.
Great Childrens Store
The complaint that this "jane doe" has put up is a joke. I have read both of this persons full page complaints on a different website, and to think that the owners of this store are going to favor another customer because of what they are wearing is just stupid. If you want to allow your child to eat cookies and get crumbs all over the floor, then you should be shopping at Wal-Mart, not a boutique...which is what HSKT is. It is a specialty store. If I were you I would be embarassed to have the owner cleaning up after my kid! After reading all your complaints, especially the one about not having your permission to have you on video....I think that you are a lunatic.
I have shopped at this store many times, and I receive excellent service everytime I am in! The sisters who own the store are easily the nicest people I have ever met, and make shopping with your kids so easy. On top of that they have a huge selection of designer brands for everything from shoes to clothes, to accessories, and kids toys. They even give the kids treats before they leave. This store has the best customer service I have seen in a long time.
Never shop at head, shoulder, knees & toes!
We received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!! The sales associates Ignored us, one of the Owners Complained about my child, the she Flat out Refused to help us after asking if I was going to buy anything & then she Verbally Slapped me in the face!!! After doing all that she and her two associates went back to helping another mother(who had a Louis Vuitton purse and belt) and child. Needless to say I AM FURIOUS!!!
