Hawker Bar, you and me have a good thing going. If you're looking for twist on the standard pub fare, Hawker Bar is your place. HB serves up fresh, flavourful Malaysian food inside a warm, cozy-cool pub on Ossington. This is one of those pubs that you don't need to be drunk at to enjoy the food (i.e., the food is not nastoid and totes is yummy on its own).

We've lived in the neighborhood for a few years, and always meant to try Hawker Bar. We went last weekend for a casual dinner, and were seriously disappointed. The lamb potstickers were dry, lukewarm and gamey.
