Haute Cuisine is perfect for any foodie on your list, and mine. The place is stacked full of great stock. I choose to ask the staff right away for what I was looking for and they knew exactly where it was. My item wasn't an obvious, kitchen desire and I never would have seen it browsing on my own, but she went straight to it. Knowledgeable service is always a great bonus. $1000. That should cover my Haute Cuisine cravings.
