Beautiful Flowers Always!
I order from Hatcher's several times a year and I'm always so impressed by the work that Bob and Doug do. The flowers are always fresh and beautifully designed. I like that they use eco-roses... I wouldn't trust any other florist with my flowers!

I have been doing business with Bob at Hatcher Geo Florist Willowdale for awhile now and let me assure you he knows his business more than anybody!
You can expect a very professional and personalized service!
Do not recommend - see photos of arranged flowers
I ordered roses for my girlfriend for valentine's day through an FTD affiliate website. The flowers were arranged and delivered by Hatcher Florist.
She thought it was a joke, and then called me. She told me to check my email as she took a photo and sent it to me. I was SHOCKED. Actually, I started laughing, I could not believe what she received.
The arrangement looked NOTHING like the order even though I SPECIFICALLY noted that I wanted the flowers to look as much as possible like the image. She was unhappy with the arrangement and immediately called and asked to speak with the manager at Hatcher Florist.
He told her he arranged it himself and wanted to know what the problem was. She said that she was very disappointed that it looked nothing like the picture.
The manager said that there wasn't enough time to make the exact order (flowers unavailable), therefore "substitutions" had to be made. The manager was dismissive, and defensive. I would not recommend. Look at the pictures in the following link and decide for yourself.

I am a second generation customer of Hatchers
October 31, 2011and they are the only florist I use. While many businesses (florists or otherwise) talk about superior service, Bob and his staff deliver time after time. I have very few suppliers who have earned my absolute trust and I learned long ago to defer to their expertise. I've referred many people to Hatcher and I never hesitate to pass along their name. I have had almost forty years of outstanding
June 21, 2011personal service from Hatcher Florists. Without exception the orders have been beautifully produced and the recipients delighted. As I wrote to them recently, it is a great pleasure in this day and age to be able to lift a phone and know that a flower order will be perfect every single time.
