Been a long time customer; however, the service and absolutely rude attitude from multiple staff made the decision to stop shopping at this location quite easily.

Update: Mr. Jared Diamond, the GM for HR Pac. Ctr. rang me only 4.5 hrs. after my complaint email. He promised to look into the footage and was sincere in his unhappiness that this happened. He took the time to reassure me and also offered to tour the store with me later on if I came in (and offered some store credit to boot). I have bought quality men's clothing around the world, and this store has cornered the market on being obnoxious! Yes, they have some nice clothes, and yes everyone knows that it will be expensive.
