Professional, Friendly, Experienced
Patrick clearly knows his stuff. He was friendly on the phone and was very personable when at our house changing/upgrading our locks. Definitely a 'character', but in all the good ways. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone looking for an expert who provides an excellent level of service for a very reasonable price.
I meant to submit this review eight months ago when he changed our locks, but I forgot. Searching online for something else entirely brought his name up in the results today, so I immediately made time to make this (late) review.
Unprofessional
Like the poster above I firsthand witnessed aggressive and careless driving that almost caused a serious collision this afternoon on the westbound 401. Mr. Harrington, please check your camera (that you claim to have) and see what a driver in one of your vehicles did today on Highway 401. Everyone makes mistakes and this could have been a very serious one.
A company with a well-detailed van obviously wants to send a professional representation to the public. Check the cameras that you have and at the very least tell your staff to pay better attention. Do that to a tractor trailer and you'll be installing locks on the gates up above.
Professional and Efficient
We want to thank Patrick for his professionalism and efficiency. We called him after-hours and he came to help us as soon as he could. We would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and neighbours that need a knowledgeable, friendly and courteous locksmith. We will use him again in the future without hesitation if the need arises.

Worked on a couple of doors/locks after a break in, rekeying and replacing. Was very patient as we were frazzled after an unpleasant event. Educated us during install and did a great job. Thank you for helping us through a lousy time. We appreciate the work you did, and we know we were grumpy but you helped us, so thanks!

My tentant required a lock change for saftey reasons.
After phoning a couple of locksmith I arranged an appointment for Monday at 12:00. Current lock pictures were sent to Patrick and he acknowledge receiving the pictures.
