Unprofessional and dangerous

I've never hired the services of this business, but I can informatively without a doubt NOT recommend them. I witnessed these people driving very aggressively yesterday, close to the Bayview/Leslie/Bridle Path area. One of the worst driving and most aggressive I've seen, and as someone going into Scarborough, that's saying a lot! I tried to take down their license plate to report him to the police, but since it was dark and raining, I couldn't get it down completely. Didn't forget the name on their van though. The fact that they had no problem driving like this with the company vehicle says a lot about them. I'm wondering if they were even drunk. The kind of men who would risk everyone's life on the road, are certainly NOT kind of men whom you want to trust to do your home locks!

This company replied to my review with:
"I'm quite shocked that someone would SLANDER a company online because they felt that their driving was too aggressive. After reading your review on both Yelp & Weblocal I decided to check the camera footage from the truck in question. I can see that the driver wasn’t being slowed down by the weather [Our vehicles our equipped for all weather conditions] but I did not witness him doing anything illegal! The next time you have a problem with someone’s driving, I suggest calling the police. Just make sure that they are actually breaking the law, or you might find yourself facing the criminal charges." - Karin DeSousa

I replied:

It is not "illegal" to stick your foot out as an elderly person is walking by per chance that they might trip over.

It's not illegal to get drunk and walk by a daycare center swearing like a pirate.

It's not illegal either to speak louder on the public bus about pornography and women with children on board.

Those are all just impolite and uncivilized.

However, it is both illegal and uncivilized to speed over the legal limit, overtake cars without ensuring safety, and particularly so in unsafe weather conditions.

Definition of "slander"
The action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation.

As my comment was not "false," it would appear your company hires many unqualified people to both drive their vehicles and monitor Internet comments!
