Good Service at a Fair Price
Harrington's is consistently cheaper than the dealer (Hillcrest VW down the road), and they are friendly and efficient.
My only complaint is that twice I have made an appointment, only to show up and be told they have no record of said appointment.
I'd take my business elsewhere if they didn't do such good work at a decent price.
Excellent Service on Used Car Purchase.
I purchased a used WV Passat from Harringtons, and the very next day the check engine light came on. Although I was discouraged by this, the owner (Dave) made me feel at ease and right away had the car in to diagnose the issue and replace defective part (over 2 hour repair job). All of the people I have come into contact there have been very professional and knowledgeable, and so far I have been very satisfied with their service and support. I will be taking my vehicle there for regular service. Highly recommended.
