Im surprised by that bad reviews on this place... I have been coming to Harbour Beauty Salon almost a year now for my eyelash extensions, and during that time have been very pleased with the work they do and the service I have received. Monica does an amazing job with my eyelashes, she always take the extra time to make sure they are just right.

Dropped in here the other day. Was reading the yelp reviews while standing outside and the owner came out to greet me. Seemed like a nice guy. I ended up going in for a haircut on a whim. Took me without an appointment, charged me only $18 and went noticeably out of his way to give me a good first experience with his business. He even threw in a wash and shampoo no charge.
