“Great for families.
April 03, 2012I emailed several times via their website prior to our stay with questions and never got a response. However, phone calls and were responded to with great customer service. Welcoming staff when we arrived and very nice hot breakfast.

June 07, 2011The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. In fact, whoever is training just about any customer service rep in the Vancouver area should be preceded with rainbows and unicorns and theme music. Superb. Convenient to Vancouver International, it's just down the road. Would stay there again.
