I have had a good number of massages, but this was the best, and well worth paying more than I have in the past. The spa is very clean without looking sterile, nicely decorated, and the music is just loud enough that you can listen if you want or tune it out. As far as Toronto day spas are concerned, my best experiences have been at Hammam. I find scheduling can be an issue, but that is probably a reflection of their popularity. I had a wonderful RMT where other spas have offered massages that always leave much to be desired.
Especially accommodating of couple pampering.
Recently went to Novo Spa and it PALED in comparison.

I just DON'T GET IT!
ok, this is my 2nd time here and I hated both experiences.
Disclaimer: I hate spas or any type of salon that requires someone you don't know touching you. The most acceptable form of touch I will tolerate from a stranger is a high 5 and I give those out generously and graciously.
