I was really looking forward to a restful and relaxing birthday spa day but the spa just didn't live up to expectations. The treatments were good but the constant overhead noise of floorboards from the offices above the spa was so loud and distracting it ruined the whole experience. I was at the spa back in May and didn't get a chance to review the location. I was on vacation visiting from LA. I did A bit of searching them after recommendation from a friend I chose to go to her moms. Luckily he was very close to my hotel (Thompson hotel) which didn't really have an extensive spa. This spa has s theme of an old ancient Turkish spa with an amazing decor and vibe.

Just like most people seem to say here, the rmt massage is actually decent - the professionals know what they're doing (my deep tissue involved trigger point and passive muscle activation). But! My lady was not able to get into my tight neck/shoulder muscles. I own a massage clinic and my rmt is wayyyy better at getting into my neck. There left something to be desired.
