Customer service means nothing to them. Left a message to make an appointment, THEY CALLED ME TO CONFIRM day and time. On the day of, braved city traffic and parking and showed up just for them to tell me the stylist called in sick.

Con: shellac manicure didn't even last a day. Nails weren't shaped well, kind of slanted. Too pricey for what I got.
