Not impressed!

My girlfriend paid 60 dollars (good deal) for a very poorly done highlight job! At no point did they show her colours to choose from, big brown streak and its not blonde but more of a yellow pee colour. The woman had made a mess and got colour and condition all over herself. Plus for the two and a half hours she didnt even talk to my girlfiend.
