Last year I was really happy with my visit here, but not so much this time. There was a strong language barrier between myself and the woman doing my taxes, so half the time neither of us understood what the other was saying. I think clarity is crucial for something as important as taxes, and this felt quite exasperating.

This place is amazing! I'd never done my taxes before today and was completely in the blind as I walked into H&R Block. I was promptly greeted and seated with a lovely accountant named Betty. She was very patient and carefully explained everything she was doing. The whole time I felt like I was in good hands. Great people at this location, I'll definitely be back next tax season!
