Honest, fair, diligent, and respectful

I've had Gus's do tire rotations and balancing for the past year on 3 vehicles. I thought they were very good at this, and was pleased by their concern with fitting the work into MY schedule, not theirs. I recently had some major work done on one of these vehicles, a 2005 Camry. It was a "how do we get rid of that troublesome noise?" issue - that didn't get resolved right away. However, the staff were conscientious, and eventually got to the heart of the matter. I was very impressed with their abililty to solve problems - unlike most vehicle repair shops in this city - and charge me fairly for the work. HIGHLY recommended, especially for people who live or work downtown.
