Horrible service! DO NOT COME HERE!!

I needed to have a video file burned onto a DVD disc that I was going to play at my mom's funeral that night. It was with utmost importance that this disc worked on a DVD player, and the owner of this business guaranteed that he was able to perform this service.

When I tried the DVD on my home player and computer, it did not work. By then it was too late to try another business, leaving me without a very personal tribute for my dead mother.

The owner refused to refund my money, even though the disc he gave me is useless. Throughout the transaction, he showed a lack of customer service, lacked compassion for my loss, and was rude and disrespectful when i demanded a refund for a service that never even worked.

Learn from me, don't let this place ruin your copying needs!!
