Horrible customer service.
I was standing there for 10 minutes and clearly needed assistance and 3 staff members were just standing there having a conversation like it's tea time.
On top of that I bought my gucci bag 3 weeks ago and it's my second time using it.... and the leather is already fraying.... bad investment.
Gucci used to be so much better quality and had much better designs.
