Horrible Customer Service
June 08, 2009I was asked to research hotels in the Stony Plain / Spruce Grove area, when I came across the Grove Motor Inn. I phoned to check on pricing, and the gentleman that answered the phone was quite rude and snappy. Due to the first impression that I received from him, I would never set foot in this establishment.

July 23, 2006I called in to the front desk to book a reservation for one of my clients, and the gentleman who answered the phone was rude and generally terrible. Best value for the dollar
June 15, 2006I have stayed here many times and ever time the service and food was fantastic!! I have had the best sleeps ever....I wish I could find a mattress like theirs. Where can you get a full breakfast for ONLY $2.49...WOW!! They have a lounge with VLT's and the cheapest drinks in the area, maybe in Alberta. The bar called Trappers,... more
