Grove Medical Clinics sucks
What happened at the Grove Medical Clinic? It used to be a good place for medical help. Now the receptionists/nurses are rude, arrogant, inefficient and unfeeling.

asked me to send my husband in for an OTC medication
August 14, 2010When my kids showed symptoms of a skin parasite called scabies, we went to see Dr. Baby, who prescribed an over-the-counter medication to us and told me that my husband needs to come in to see him so that he can get a prescription too. He's just after the paycheque, not what I would consider a "doctor".

Turned away not once but twice from this clinic
April 08, 2010My son cut his finger at work and his employer took him to several clinics in the Walnut Grove area. Redwoods was closed (4:45 pm) Grove Medical was open as soon as he walked in the door the receptionist told him he would have to go to Glover Medical for stitches (did not know receptionists are qualified to make these decisions?)
