Wow! Ça c'est du service!! Tu annules quand tu veux ton abonnement, ils répondent très rapidement aux courriels... Sérieux toutes les compagnies devraient suivre leur exemple! Surtout le groupe Somitel qui est tout le contraire!!! La compagnie Grolier respectent leurs clients au moins! Félicitation Grolier! Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !
