Two unathorized charges appear on my credit card, both under $10. A couple weeks later two children's books arrive that I never ordered... I don't even have kids.
I've never even been to Grolier's website, never done business with them or their parent company (Scholastic).
How the $%&* did these guys get my name, address and credit card info??!!

I ordered childrens books from them using my credit card to pay for them. This is a BIG mistake! I've received all the books and thought I had also paid for them in full (they charged my credit card). However, they are still billing me for them every month. This adds up to around 30.00 per month for nothing! There is no phone number on any of the pamphlets that they send, or any web site... more

As has been reported by many others, I too have received an unwanted item from Grolier. I requested a return address label (as they ask you to), it arrived and I returned the item. Then the payment due notices started arriving, now they are threatening our credit rating. They are impossible to reach at any phone number, it's always busy. Emails go unanswered. Wow! Ça c'est du service!! Tu annules quand tu veux ton abonnement, ils répondent très rapidement aux courriels... Sérieux toutes les compagnies devraient suivre leur exemple! Surtout le groupe Somitel qui est tout le contraire!!! La compagnie Grolier respectent leurs clients au moins! Félicitation Grolier! Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !
