boycott greyhound

well here it is december 29th, and ic been waiting for my x-mas gifts from to arive on the bus, they were shipped out on the 20th, they should have only had a nice short 20 hour ride from dawson creek to coquitlam, last time i had some things sent down it took 2 days to get here and i recieved a phone call to inform me my stuff was there. but now they have no idea where it is or any ambition to find it, i have given them the way bill number and the kid said he was to busy to find it then he continued to pick his nose and sit there doing nothing, no one had any idea what was going on there, what bus was going where or where it was coming from! the number for this station is unlisted, probly because their tired of having people tieng up the lines calling to complain about the lost gifts that were sent out and never mede it!!! this is the worst service i have ever had anywhere!!! greyhoud needs to work on their customer service pronto !!! and who wants to ride the bus now anyways? they should change their slogan to "greyhound, where will you beheaded" cause that guy that was killed on the bus theres my rant i hope you go to a differnt location to start your greyhound trip if you must take the bus
