“perfect after a long day of travel
January 27, 2011I had a very long international travel day and they were very warm and friendly helping me to feel comfortable. I had a package shipped to me in care of the hotel a week before my stay and they were nice enough to store it for me and quickly found my package upon my arrival. the beds were amazingly comfy! the only thing I could complain about was that I had a lot of luggage and my dog to take... more

“Not impressed
November 26, 2010Very nice and friendly staff greeting the public, but no maintenance staff on weekends? Also not impressed with cleaning staff to miss an item like a broken shower head.
