This company is awful.
People are leaving in large numbers because they are raising rent above the guideline amounts. The tenants are challenging them at a hearing.
Doesn't matter what property we''re talking about...this company hires they cheapest labour and the cheapest materials. I like David M's review. It's to the point and I agree.

Moved out of this building a few weeks ago after my lease was up and as soon as the b@!%!**t with them is wrapped up I will be glad to feel so FREE from this place.
Everyone keeps to themselves pretty much so it will never feel like a home which may be good for some.
The apartments themselves are fine, you're typical box apartment
But what sucks here is anyone who works there! Nothing can get... more
