I went for a groupon 60 minute massage by a RMT that cost $37 at the Thornhill location.. I had to pay $8 tax. I asked how she got the $8 when I calculated $4.80. The answer was my boss said I had to charge $8 and I don't know why. I asked about getting a receipt, I had to pay an additional $20. Got groupon deal for this place. booked my appt and when I arrived - it was closed! I called before I left the house. Place was supposed to open at 10am and my appt was for noon.
Also - we were double booked and the facial lady is not there. The owner came running.
She was apologetic but the other groupon customer just wants to refund.
The owner/massage lady - smelled awful. The towels and...
